We want you to treasure your Fine Jewellery Collection pieces forever, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom engravings and bespoke commissions are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original velvet box and protective outer packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
